COVID-19 SAFETY PRECAUTIONS
The Centre sessions are not taking place because of the COVID restrictions. We will try to help you by email or over the phone. We rely on volunteer lawyers and will aim to respond to you within 7 to 10 days but it may occasionally take longer, depending on how busy the service is (this is a trial service and is subject to change). We cannot guarantee that we will be able to deal with every query submitted to ILAC but if we cannot help you, we will let you know and will try to signpost you to another organisation that might be able to help. If your query is urgent or you are aware that you are nearing the end of a limitation period (when you have a deadline to make a claim, to respond or to comply with a direction/order of a court or tribunal) then please do not rely on this service.
