COVID-19 SAFETY PRECAUTIONS
Please do not attend ILAC if you are experiencing COVID-19 symptoms. Please come on your own unless it is absolutely necessary to bring someone with you. We will require all attendees to wear face masks, have their temperature taken and use hand sanitizer on entering the premises. We will ask attendees to wait at a social distance from each other in a separate room for their appointment but may have to ask people to wait outside the building if the room reaches full capacity.

If you are not comfortable coming to the The Centre sessions in person, we will try to help you by email or over the phone. We rely on volunteer lawyers and will aim to respond to you within 7 to 10 days but it may occasionally take longer, depending on how busy the service is (this is a trial service and is subject to change). We cannot guarantee that we will be able to deal with every query submitted to ILAC but if we cannot help you, we will let you know and will try to signpost you to another organisation that might be able to help. If your query is urgent or you are aware that you are nearing the end of a limitation period (when you have a deadline to make a claim to respond or to comply with a direction/order of a court or tribunal) then please do not rely on this service.
