- Please note that we no longer operate an online service and that initial enquiries will be dealt with at the centre which opens on Thursdays at 7pm (please arrive early for registration and bring all relevant documents with you).


- We will try to ensure that you see an advisor if a suitable advisor is available. However, if attendee numbers are high or  the advisor you have seen previously is unavailable it is possible you may wait and then be asked to return next week.
 

- We have limited resources and it is within the discretion of the advisor at any time to decide if a matter is not suitable or no longer suitable to be dealt with by our service.


- You are reminded that it is your responsibility to keep yourself informed of the progress of your case by returning to the centre at regular intervals. You should not wait for notification from the centre before you do this.
